We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items only.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened, used, mixed, or tested products
  • Change of mind or incorrect shade selection
  • Results after use (coverage, tone, longevity)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@caliin-beauty.ca with your order number and photos.

  • Approved claims will receive a free replacement or refund.
