At Caliin Beauty, all products are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Products.
We only accept claims for items that arrive damaged during shipping or with missing components. Examples of acceptable claims include:
Broken or leaking bottles,
Missing sponge wand, or other kit components

 Please note: Dissatisfaction with hair color shade, coverage, or developer results is not considered damage.
These are normal variations that depend on individual hair type and usage, and they are not eligible for return or replacement.

Exclusions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for: Change of mind or color preference Results after using the product (shade, coverage, longevity, or tone) any product that has been opened, tested, mixed, or partially used.

 How to Submit a Claim:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@caliin-beauty.ca .

Please include:
A clear photo of the damaged item or packaging, your order number and purchase details. Resolution Return Window: 7 days (damaged products only) 

Return Cost: Customers do not need to return damaged items. Approved claims will receive a replacement at no cost.
